The service. Coveboard is a creative canvas, in the browser and as a desktop app, that generates images and video through third-party AI models, billed against a prepaid dollar balance. A subscription is required to generate and to edit boards; viewing a board someone shares with you is free.

Subscriptions and trials. Plans bill monthly through Stripe. New customers get a 7-day free trial with $1.50 of generations included; the card on file is charged when the trial converts. Cancel anytime from Manage billing; access continues through the paid period. One trial per customer.

Generation balance. Your plan grants a monthly dollar budget of generations at Coveboard's listed model prices, shown before every generation. At each billing cycle your plan budget is filled back up to your tier's amount rather than stacking on the previous cycle's remainder; separately purchased top-ups do not expire while your account is in good standing. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance. Balances are not redeemable for cash.

Your content. You own the outputs you generate, subject to the licenses of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for what you prompt and how you use outputs. Do not use the service for illegal content, deceptive impersonation, or content that violates the policies of the underlying providers.

People and likenesses. If you reference a real person, including yourself, you represent that you have that person's consent and every right needed to create and use the result. Some models require identity verification before a real likeness can be used and provide a registration flow for it; where they do, use it. You may not upload or reference a person's face, voice, or likeness without their permission, and you may not use the service to impersonate, defame, sexualize without consent, or otherwise harm anyone. You are solely responsible for having these rights, and you agree to indemnify Cintrova LLC against claims arising from likenesses you supply. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

Your boards and files. Cloud boards and media are stored on our infrastructure and backed up daily. Deleting is real: deleted files are destroyed after 72 hours, deleted boards after a 30-day restore window, and a deleted account is erased with its last backup copies destroyed 72 hours later. In desktop bring-your-own-key mode, files save to your own machine and we keep no copies.

Availability. Model availability and pricing follow the upstream providers and can change. We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is, without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
